How we match drivers to your work
Class 1 work varies enormously. A driver who is excellent on a night trunk between two depots may not be the right person for a city-centre multi-drop or a week of nights out. When you book, tell us:
- The vehicle and trailer: curtainsider, box, fridge, double-deck, flatbed, tanker or specialist
- The work: trunking, multi-drop, collections, or tramping with nights out
- Shift pattern, start point and any handballing or tail-lift work
- Any site inductions or customer requirements
We then place a driver who has done that kind of work, and tell you about their experience before they start.
Day cover to permanent hire

Can you cover nights out?
Yes. Tell us when you book how many nights, where the driver will park up and how overnight expenses are handled, and we will match a driver who is happy with that pattern of work.
Do you supply Class 1 drivers for permanent roles?
Yes. We offer permanent placement as well as day, short-term and long-term hire.
What about Class 2 drivers?
